Basis, purpose and duration of processing
According to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, chapter 8.6.2, we are obliged to obtain feedback from our customers on the course of the project and to evaluate this feedback.
This has been our common practice for many years now and the numerous answers with meaningful comments we receive on many of the projects are used as follows:

Specific problems and negative feedback are processed immediately.

Your suggestions for improvement and your ideas will be reviewed and, in most cases, incorporated into our management system and our procedures.

An evaluation is made of the total returns of a year, from which we can see where we have strengths and weaknesses and where we can improve.
Type of processing
You can choose between anonymous processing and personal processing of your feedback.
Anonymous processing

Your feedback will be evaluated anonymously.
Personal processing

You fill in the fields Name and Project Number in the confirmation form.

Your feedback will be evaluated.

With personal processing, we may respond to your feedback. We would do this, for example, if you report any unresolved problems during the project.

The deletion period for the personal data in your feedback is 10 years.
Your rights
According to Art. 15 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you are entitled to the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws, or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, please contact us. However, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
