As a service provider, according to general law, we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we, as a service provider, are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected hereby. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date on which a specific infringement becomes known. Upon notification of violations, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties, the contents of which we have no influence over. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time that the link was placed. Data protection policy
1.Processing scope of personal data
The operators of these pages take your personal data protection very seriously.
Therefore, we do not collect any personal data with the use of our website.
Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity. These are for example your name, address, email address or telephone number.
The use of our website is possible without providing personal data
2.Note to users of our Facebook page
Link to our Facebook page
In order for your data not to be collected by Facebook without your consent, we do not use a plugin from Facebook for the link to our Facebook page.
Use of our Facebook page
Facebook plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated into our Facebook page. The Facebook plugins can be detected by the Facebook logo or the “Like-Button” (“Like”).
An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here.
If you use one of the plugins, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can ascribe the visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that, we as the provider of the pages, are not aware of the content of the data transmitted and the use by Facebook. For more information, see Facebook’s data protection policy.
If you do not want Facebook to ascribe your visit to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
3.Note on using the C&S profile on LinkedIn, Xing and Twitter
Please review LinkedIn, Xing’s and Twitter’s data protection policy to find out which of your data is visible and which settings are possible.
4.Note for the link to Google Maps in our directions and location description
This website offering uses Google Maps, a service of Google Inc. (“Google”).
Use of Google Maps is for internal purposes only and accesses the display of maps solely through the Google Maps API, pursuant to the API Terms and Conditions.
5.Note for the provision of the website and the creation of log files
Every time a user visits our site and every time a file is accessed, data about that process is stored in a log file.
This data is not personal; we can therefore not determine which user has retrieved which data.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
Specifically, we use the following cookies:
– “wp-wpml_current_language” stores the user’s last set language, so that they will also land directly at the same language selection on a later visit.
– “__wpdm_client” is a technical cookie that synchronizes the website with the CMS. This is used to update the website.
– “PHPSESSID” is a session-only cookie, it is used when login in to the website.
Legal basis is Art. 6 I (f). Our legitimate interest results from the fact that we only use the above-mentioned cookies to make the site easier to access for you, do not collect any tracking data and therefore do not encroach on your personal rights and fundamental freedoms.
You can exclude the acceptance of cookies in your web browser. However, this may possibly lead to impairments in functionality. For your further rights of data subjects, please see section 8 below.
7. General note on the use of emails as a form of communication
Please note that data transmission via the internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security holes. Comprehensive protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
